Present in over 110 countries and territories and with over 40,000 members, AIESEC is the world's largest student-run organisation. Focused on providing a platform for youth leadership development, AIESEC offers young people the opportunity to be global citizens, to change the world, and to get experience and skills that matter today.

Leadership Opportunities:
The world needs leaders! In AIESEC, we see that the world needs leaders who are entrepreneurial, culturally sensitive, socially responsible and active learners.
One of the best ways to develop what it takes to be a leader is to take up one of 7,700 leadership roles involved in running AIESEC, as well as trainings in soft skills and functional areas in over 470 conferences and thousands of activities each year.

International Internships:
Taking up an internship or professional international exchange is the most intense learning experience that AIESEC offers and links together our global network.
Each year, we provide over 5,500 AIESEC members the challenging opportunity to live and volunteer or work in a foreign country in areas of development, education management, technology.

In Romania, AIESEC has been actively involved in the education and career orientation of young people for 20 years. AIESEC is now present in 13 cities around the country: Bucuresti, Brasov, Cluj, Constanta, Craiova, Galati, Iasi, Pitesti, Ploiesti, Oradea, Sibiu, Timisoara, T�rgu Mure?. We are 1270 members that run annually over 100 projects with an impact of over 50.000 students, 267 companies and countless other stakeholders.

What differentiates our organization from other youth entities is the Internationalism that is present in our everyday activities and the facts that we have 61 years of experience activating leadership among students, 61 years of facilitating international internships for young people who are at the beginning of their career trough exchange program or world AIESEC program.

In partnership with the Business Environment and the local Universities, AIESEC Cluj Napoca reaches this year 16 years of experience in activating leadership and facilitating Global Internships for students in Cluj Napoca.

AIESEC Cluj Napoca history begins in 1994 when a group of enthusiastics students from Babes Bolyairsity founded the local committee of AIESEC Cluj Napoca. The desire to achieve performance ever higher is transmitted from generation to generation, and today AIESEC Cluj Napoca sits among the major national committees being recognized for its� outstanding results.

Currently AIESEC Cluj Napoca includes around 130 members. Under the supervision of the leadership staff they are passing through the 5 stages of AIESEC Experience.
Over its 16 years of activity AIESEC Cluj Napoca emerged as a performant local contributing significantly to the increase of results of AIESEC Romania.
